ATTENTION

Kingsville Independent School District is inviting Competitive Sealed Proposals for E-Rate Year 2010/2011. Kingsville ISD (hereinafter, “Applicant”) seeks proposals for eligible products and services in the following categories of service:

Vendors will be required to attend an on-site visit on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 8:30 am.

Proposals will be received until Friday, January 15, 2010 at 2:00 pm. A detailed list of network equipment and services (a vendor's packet) will be provided during the site visit.

IMPORTANT: Kingsville ISD has been installing Leviton "tuned" CAT6E components which is rated
for 1000BASE‐T; the district looks forward at continuing with this type of technology for the John. S. Gillett, Jesus R. Perez, and Alice G. Kleberg schools. On the other hand, the district is asking that Service Providers submit in Bid Proposal ‐ and as an option ‐ the implementation of 10GBASE‐T technology for H. M. King High School, Memorial Middle School, A. D. Harvey Elementary school, and the new wing expansion at Harrel Elementary school.
