KISD’s first day of school is August 11, 2025.

In person Registration for all K–12 students will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all campuses. Campus staff will be available to assist both new and returning students enrolling for the 2025–2026 school year.

Online registration must be completed before the first day of school for your student to receive their schedule.
