Attention:
To ensure compliance with UIL eligibility requirements, all grades must be entered into the Kingsville ISD grade system by the established deadline. As outlined by UIL regulations, students are afforded a seven-day grace period following the end of each grading period before eligibility changes take effect.
Therefore, student eligibility for participation in UIL activities will be determined by Kingsville ISD on Thursday, October 22.
Please note the following important requirements:
- All grades and any grade changes must be submitted in a timely manner and entered into the grade system within established district deadlines.
- Any grade changes must be properly documented and approved by the campus principal.
- Each campus is required to print and retain a hard copy of all teacher grade rosters at the official date and time established for determining UIL eligibility.
- For this eligibility cycle, campuses must maintain the required grade roster documentation on Thursday, October 29.
