Kingsville ISD hosted their annual District Science Fair on Saturday, January 31, 2015. Twenty Kingsville ISD students have advanced to the Coastal Bend Science Fair in Corpus Christ, Texas taking place on February 21, 2015. On behalf of KISD, we are extremely proud of all our dedicated participants. Thank you to the faculty and staff who helped organize and coordinate all campus-based and district-wide science fairs. And finally, thank you to our judges.
“We at KISD would like to the thank all of the judges from the Department of Agriculture, Agribusiness, & Environmental Sciences and the Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering at Texas A&M University - Kingsville, as well as volunteers from the San Patricio Municipal Water District and H. M. King High School, for volunteering their time,” said Mr. James Beltran, Kingsville ISD District Science Curriculum Facilitator. “The feedback they have provided to the students of KISD will not only better prepare them for the next step in their competition, the Coastal Bend Regional Science Fair, but it will more importantly allow these students to grow into tomorrow's educators, medical personnel, engineers, and scientists."
