Learn About Your Child's STAAR / EOC Exam Results

On June 12th, parents can access their child’s STAAR results and a suite of other resources to support summer learning at home by visiting TexasAssessment.gov. Paper copies of the STAAR Report Card will be mailed to parents as soon as they are available this summer.

Benchmark Testing—Tues, Dec 11 & Wed, Dec 12

Just a reminder, Tuesday and Wednesday students will be benchmarking. Parents, we are asking students to please not bring their backpacks and preferably not their cell phone as well. If students happen to bring their phones or smart devices, they will need to turn them in to their teacher before testing starts. Thank you!

KISD Summer Feeding Program

Students of Kingsville Independent School District participating in this year’s summer programs will benefit from free breakfast and lunch from June 3rd through June 26th.

The Kingsville community is invited to have lunch at our two summer school locations; Perez Elementary and H.M. King High School. Breakfast and Lunch is free to all children 18 and under and adult plates are $3.50.

Kingsville ISD Students Advance to Texas State Science Competition

Students from Kingsville ISD are headed to San Antonio, Texas for the ExxonMobil Texas State Science & Engineering Fair. Mia Trevino, sixth grader at Gillett Intermediate, and Veronica Cruz and Ariana Jimenez, eighth graders at Memorial Middle School, received qualifying scores to advance to the state competition level at this weekend’s Valero Energy, Coastal Bend Community Foundation, and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Regional Science Fair.
