welcome students to the anonymous alerts anti-bullying and safety reporting system tutorial Anonymous alerts is an exciting New Way for students to send in in p*** incident reports today I needed School administrators examples of what can be reported included bullying cyberbullying fighting drug related issues and more here is one some students and parents had to say about a 9 mm Dillard's in schools so cool that Walsh is able to include such a cool program and not just be one of those I was let go Batman Beyond teenagers might not one go to an office to report something but it's technology so that's the thing that really most used to and it's the easiest quickest way for them to figure something out I think it's a great idea my son has actually encountered this and it's an embarrassment issue as you so if you could do it anonymously and you know say something I think kids would probably step up here is what the reporting website looks like make sure to read all the information displayed it is important to know that the situation is an emergency please call 911 as shown here next another crucial thing to know is a monitoring H this is one school staff will be directly over seen the reports and system any reports submitted outside these hours or during holidays will be responded to during the following normally scheduled school day and now we'll send in an anonymous incident report first like the similar type of who we are. A student next will select the school building we are in will say the high school now what's like the person to contact remember these are the school administrators will receive the report next was select what incident type to report let's select bullying last was selected location of where it happened and click cafeteria and now will type out the report details remember within the details you can describe what happened and include who did it and when they did it here will say during lunch I saw Anthony Smith bowling and mocking John Doe in the cafeteria below the text box you can click the button here to attach a photo or screenshot from social media once finished click submit at the bottom your report has been submitted indicated by the five digit confirmation code here in order for you to be anonymously contacted by your school the email address or cell phone texting number you put in here will be immediately encrypted so you can have a private Anonymous two-way conversation if you want to reveal your identity and have a non Anonymous conversation with a school administrator you would put your name here along with your email address cell phone texting number will stay Anonymous and put in the email address here when finished click the submit button at the bottom of the page and your report is complete and everything is sent once again though it isn't poor for emergencies please call 911 if help is needed just like that sending an anonymous reports it's quick and easy now here's an example of how School fee can anonymously communicate with a student and the student remains completely anonymous once the student sending report to the school official the school administrator can't communicate back anonymously and the receiver of the message at all times remain completely anonymous the identities of both the students emitter and the school official remain encrypted private and completely Anonymous so they can freely communicate about Sin Deschutes and that's it remember as a student you can make your world a safer Place one classroom at a time
