On the right hand side of this page, I have included the Lab Safety Rules Contract.  This contract needs to be signed by students and their parent/guardian in order to participate in any labs. 

 

I have also included the Remind Invite form.  Remind is an application that allows teachers, students, and parents to stay informed over classroom information.  It is a free downloadable application that is available for you should you want to join!
